"It was fantastic," said Audigier. "The performances by 50 Cent and Lenny Kravitz were incredible. Every year I'm flattered by the turnout at my birthday party, but this year was amazing."
Audigier entered the party to thunderous cheering and applause as a mountain of confetti blew around like a snowstorm. George Clooney, fresh off mogul Paul Allen's yacht where he attended a one-waiter-per-guest dinner party, was on hand to wish the King of Fashion a happy birthday. Old pals like Jean Claude Van Damme were also in attendance, partying the night away.
"To be back in France makes this very memorable," Audigier said. "I've been able to see old friends and spend time with family. I will remember this year's Cannes with a special fondness."
Besides his birthday celebration, Audigier is also promoting his film Fahrenheit 513 at this year's Cannes festival. Although details are closely guarded, the film, reportedly an action-thriller, has been getting a lot of attention in the fashion and entertainment industries. In addition to producing, Audigier also acts in the film.
"Making the film was a wonderful experience," Audigier said. "I can't wait for the audience to see the final product."
