Century 21 Affiliated, the second largest Century 21 franchise in the world, welcomes the addition of Coldwell Banker Leader Realty and Coldwell Banker Martin and Marbry, as both companies have over 40 years of history and sold over tens of thousands of homes since the 1960. Taking the history of these two companies it will springboard Century 21 Affiliated into the future. Starting February 7, 2012, both Coldwell Banker offices will be doing business as Century 21 Affiliated.
The following new additions will join over 500 other Realtors as part of the Century 21 Affiliated family:
- Mark Ahmad
The number 1 producing agent in Lincolnwood for the past 5 years
- Phyllis Smith
The Number 1 agent in West Rogers Park for over a decade
- Mary Lou Allen Scinto
A top producing agent in Skokie for the past 5 years
Century 21 Affiliated-Chicago CEO Tom Bretz says of the expansion, "We are thrilled to now be a leader in West Rogers Park, Skokie, and Lincolnwood as well as continue to expand our growth in the city of Chicago neighborhoods."
To help make that goal a reality, Bretz and CFO Adam Freeman will be joined by Managing Broker Earl Ruthman. Ruthman, with 25 years of Chicago Real Estate experience, will head up the Residential Sales Force in both offices. Ruthman believes the expansion will achieve several objectives. "With this strong team we are aiming to provide the best service to our buyer and seller clients. But we also hope to educate and inspire optimism in our Sales Force and, with that, bring a little fun back to Chicago's real estate brokerage community."
These two offices join Century 21 Affiliated's other Chicago office at 303 W. Erie as well as their office in Rockford, IL.
