Crugnale just successfully completed extensive training and licensing through The Real Estate School, located on Route 70 in Cherry Hill, NJ. To complete the Broker Course, you must be a fulltime agent for 3 years. It is a 150 hour course that includes 90 hour general broker, 30 hour ethics and agency, and a 30 hour office management related topics course.
