According to the NAPO Get Organized Month Survey (the National Association of Professional Organizers) from February 2008, clutter is costing people a lot of time and satisfaction:
• 47% of consumers surveyed say getting more organized would improve the quality of their lives.
• 19% of women and 11% of men say they'd save at least an hour a day if they were more organized.
• But only 10% would consider hiring a professional organizer and only 6% have hired one or knows of someone who has.
Since hiring a professional organizer may not be in the budget, Kreamer created a way where she could deliver the needed information and provide a personal touch through weekly supportive, instructional emails and short videos for each course step.
