Mr. Rodriguez-Salas has four years of professional experience, the last 7 months spent with Rothstein Kass. Tasked with assisting attorneys and major companies in litigation cases, calculating damages, and conducting forensic investigations, he is skilled in litigation support and forensic services, integrated audits, internal control design, and testing in accordance with section 404 of Sarbanes-Oxley. Mr. Rodriguez-Salas began his career as an auditor in Ernst & Young's Assurance and Advisory Business Services and eventually found his niche in the fields of accounting and forensic support.
Mr. Rodriguez-Salas received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico at Bayamon where he was president of the Accounting Students Association from 2001 to 2003. Upon graduation, he completed The Harvard Business School Summer Venture in Management Program. In 2004, he was awarded the Youth Service Medal by the Office of the Governor of Puerto Rico and was named a Harry S. Truman Foundation Scholarship Finalist. In 2006, he was named to Ernst & Young, LLP's People Advisory Forum. Mr. Rodriguez-Salas is a member of the California State CPA Society, the Puerto Rico State CPA Society, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Los Angeles chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
