- SARASOTA, FL, September 16, 2008 - Chakra Dog LLC today announced the launch of Chakra Dog Soap, the inaugural product from this Sarasota-based company dedicated to creating 'Healthier Products for Healthier Dogs.' Chakra Dog Soap was created by a dog lover for dog enthusiasts that like to keep their pet partner extra clean - allowing for more frequent washing without the drying and flakiness that comes from the overuse of conventional dog shampoos. Each bar also has molded massage nodes to simulate the action of dozens of gentle washing fingers.
Chakra Dog Soap is all-natural glycerin-based soap with no foaming agents for non-drying yet effective cleansing of a dog's skin and coat. Chakra Dog Soap is unscented to avoid the overwhelming 'smell-good' masking fragrances associated with most common dog shampoos. Vegetable oils, high-quality glycerin and additional moisturizers keep your dogs coat glossy and clean without any drying or flaking.
Chakra Dog was founded by entrepreneurs Mark Betres and Asli Uysal. According to co-founder Ms. Uysal, "We created Chakra Dog Soap to allow me to wash Luka, my three-year old Boston Terrier, as often as an active and inquisitive young dog requires, without having to worry about her skin drying out.
