On the 20th anniversary of Douglas knocking out Mike Tyson to stun the world and become the Undisputed World Heavyweight Boxing Champion, Douglas has now knocked out American Champion Pit Master, Rod Gray, who is stunned by the champion boxers' new cookbook and will formally endorse the book.
Gray's team has won more than 50 Championships since 2001 and in 2009, his team, Pellet Envy ended the year as the nation's top ranked team out of more than 4,700 teams as determined by the Kansas City Barbeque Society. The team visited 33 states competing in 34 events and traveled nearly 40,000 miles.
Douglas, who Manny Pacquiao credits as a boxing inspiration, had his first success with Martha Stewart in April inviting him on her Sirius Radio Show in April because they twittered back and forth.
