Charles R. Dreher, NCE Named a VIP Member of Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Broadcast Engineering

    MIAMI, FL, May 30, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Charles R. Dreher, NCE, president of Dreher Communications Inc., was recently named a VIP member of Worldwide Who's Who. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieve personal and professional success.

Mr. Dreher has 40 years of experience in the field, with 27 years of experience as president of Dreher Communications Inc. He is an expert in the installation and operation of remote control systems and the Installation of automation systems. He is also well-versed in the installation and operation of AM and FM, TV stations, closed circuit TV, antenna systems, microwave systems, and cable transmission systems. A major tenet of his role entails handling video and radio production technology, and operating broadcast stations.

Mr. Dreher was a technical adviser for the U.S. Air Force maintenance personnel on closed-circuit TV; he used to monitor missile launches. He also taught electronics classes to Air Force personnel. He attributes his success to taking a responsible and serious position in the work he does — he treats every job as if he were the owner of the business. In the near future, Mr. Dreher will continue in his present position and network with other professionals in his field.

Mr. Dreher completed college coursework technical training. He holds a lifetime FCC general class commercial license; an FCC amateur general class certification; and is a certified telecommunications engineer. Additionally, he holds License E1-00015, License PG-7-11548 and License WB4DBM. He is a former holder of an FCC first class license. Mr. Dreher is a member of the National Association of Radio and Telecommunications Engineers; the National Association of Business and Educational Radio Inc.; the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers; and the Society of Broadcast Engineers. In 1984, he received recognition for 20 Years of Distinguished Work and Faithful Service from the University of Miami.
