Charleston Hotel Historic District is offering historic accommodations for history lovers coming to the city for the Charleston International Antiques Show (CIAS) taking place from Friday, March 14 to Sunday, March 16, 2008.
Featuring over 30 of the nation's premier antique dealers, the International Antiques Show will exhibit everything from period furnishings and decorative arts to vintage jewelry, porcelains, silver and ceramics. CIAS 2008 will be located at 40 East Bay Street, and will be open Friday and Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sunday from 11am to 5pm.
Aficionados will find Antiques Week in Charleston a highlight in the national art and antiques circuit, featuring four prominent events throughout the week. The 61st Annual Festival of Houses & Gardens, the Charleston Symphony League Designer Showcase, the Charleston Art & Antiques Forum, and Gibbes Museum of Art all take place that week, bringing guests from near and far to stay at the Renaissance
