She has just over a decade of experience in her present position at Fritchie & Associates, a privately owned consultancy organization that provides management consulting services to assist customers build, develop and operate strong businesses and deliver sustained shareholder growth value. Over her many years of experience she has developed a specialty in strategic planning, change management and execution. Her primary focus is to assist customers determine strategic direction, implement process improvements and quality controls, establish change management initiatives and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Fritchie attributes her success to her commitment to excellence and ability to help customers successfully execute plans. Her professional career began in the banking industry and she transitioned into technology in the late 1970s and early '80s to work in electronic funds automation. From there, she made a segue into management consulting.

Ms. Fritchie attended Birmingham-Southern College and received an executive MBA from Southwestern School of Banking.
