Chef Gina Keatley received her first culinary experience traveling around the United States as a young child. Upon high school graduation, Keatley worked her way through a culinary arts program, but decided to pursue a career as a nutritionist, helping others with good and tasty food.
She earned a degree from the respected, New York University. Keatley is now the chief executive officer of Nourishing NYC and Nourishing USA—organizations designed to help those most in need. The recognition and awards she has garnered have made her known to food-loving, charitable Americans everywhere. In 2011, she received the designation of CNN Hero and L'Oreal Women of Worth for her significant and long-lasting contributions to helping those in need.
Gina Keatley is an award-winning chef, nutritionist, and humanitarian. Utilizing her professional and educational experiences, Gina has become known for her food-focused television appearances, cookbooks and her campaign against the use of processed foods in low-income areas.
