After moving up the ranks at a young age to a senior management position in department store retail, Mrs. McCormack decided to conquer a completely different industry. She was relocated by her employer from Adelaide to Sydney, where she was entrusted by the then managing director to take on change management. She became involved in the recruitment industry and hasn't looked back since.

Her company provides customised staffing services to nonprofit organizations mainly in education, aged care and religion. This includes in-depth skills assessment and background verification. She has a strong understanding of the nuances of working with the nonprofit sector, where there is a critical focus on "candidate fit" to culture.

Through continuous learning, and observing and emulating successful positive people, Mrs. McCormack has achieved success. She maintains a strong desire to enjoy the journey and take ownership of her chosen paths. Cheryl McCormack is currently working towards a graduate diploma in psychology. She holds a graduate diploma in total quality management, earned in 1995 from the University of Wollongong. In 1994, she received a bachelor of business in human resources and management from the University of South Australia. She is a MBTI licenced practitioner.
