Dr. Luigi DiRubba DC FICA is celebrating his fifteenth year in private practice. In 2005 he was honored with the states Top Chiropractor award by ICA President Dr. John Maltby. He is presently the state representative for the Connecticut ICA as well as the coordinator for the Arnold Natural Fitness Symposium which features Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger as a key note speaker. In May Dr. Luigi will be representing the Connecticut ICA in Washington DC for the legislative workday. Also being a distinguished member of the ICA in Connecticut among other achievements he has also been honored with the BJ Palmer Lifetime achievement award, an award award that has been given out to 5 others over the past 20 years for their commitment for the advancement of the profession.
Dr. DiRubba is especially excited about the great work that is going on with his constituents in the great state of Connecticut. He will be assisting and encourages his peers to attend the 17th Natural Fitness Symposium continuing education program which is co-sponsored by Life Chiropractic College West and will present a lineup of featured faculty, dedicated to exercise, fitness training, performance enhancement, and athletic competition in the context of chiropractic care. This dynamic program in fitness and sports chiropractic will feature the combination of energetic presentations on sports case-management settings, practical applications scenarios and celebrity athlete guests which have made the Symposium such a powerful educational event each year. Invited speakers this year include Dr. Dan Murphy, the world's most respected chiropractor, presenting on Nutrition in Sports and Exercise! You will also learn from leaders in exercise, sports and chiropractic like Dr. Pete Gratale, Dr. Jack Barnathan, Dr. Gerry Mattia, and Dr. John Maltby President of the ICA.
In addition, California's Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger will join the 17th Natural Fitness Symposium gain to make his personal presentation. A vigorous advocate of chiropractic care for people of all ages and holding an honorary chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Gov. Schwarzenegger will speak about his own experience with chiropractic; in other ICA Symposium talks, he has credited the care he received throughout the years for his success in bodybuilding and for his ability to maintain such a rigorous filmmaking, travel and public service schedule through his career. Registered attendees will be able to to pose for an individual portrait photo with the world's most famous chiropractic patient!
