In commemoration of this distinguished event, the developer Keith Paris has teamed up with local, acclaimed custom home designer Rob Foster to provide a personal design experience for home shoppers who visit the community during the Grand Opening.
Rob Foster of Robert T. Foster Design Studio is an accomplished residential designer with over 20 years experience designing some of the Carolina's most admired custom homes. In fact, Rob has earned nine various home show awards just in the past three years.
One of Foster's most rewarding home designs was unveiled last Sunday night at 8pm on the hit ABC hit television show Extreme Makeover Home Edition. His elegant and functionally designed home was built in less than a week for one of Charlotte's most deserving family.
Cheval has teamed up with Foster to offer its visitors an opportunity to meet for a personal home design consultation. This two to three hour engagement, valued at $500, is complementary for Cheval visitors who participate in a private wine and cheese community tour between now and November 16th.
With three recently completed custom homes to tour, the Cheval Grand Opening celebration is in full swing. Each of the homes showcase the quality craftsmanship of the community's featured custom builders as well as highlight responsible building within the community's natural landscape.
Located off Lawyers Road, Cheval is a 300-acre equestrian community of 160 homesites located inside the 485 loop. This distinctive community features
custom-built homes on one to five plus acre homesites and offers 15 large estate sites with the option of having a private barn on their grounds. Homesites are from the $150's with homes ranging from the $850's to $2.5 Million plus.
