/24-7PressRelease/ -- Leading online Chicago real estate brokerage Dream Town Realty announces that BJ Tregoning is a new member of the company. Mr. Tregoning started with Dream Town in February. He has been in the real estate industry his entire professional career and has also worked as an appraiser for several years. Mr. Tregoning is one of four agents welcomed to the brokerage last month.
Mr. Tregoning started in real estate right out of college. He has a diverse background in the field, with skills that range from home appraisals and sales to carpentry and remodeling. His first job out of school was with a family-run company in the Chicago-area. There he learned the fundamentals of home design, carpentry, contract negotiation, and market value analysis. He later received his appraisal license and became a staff appraiser for a large bank. Three years and 1,000 appraisals later, Mr. Tregoning got his real estate license and made the transition to residential sales and brokering. He specializes in the city's Northside neighborhoods and the North and Northwest suburbs of Chicago.
"Because of my previous experience in appraisals and remodeling, I can help my clients distinguish the good deals from the not-so-good deals right on the spot," said Mr. Tregoning. "Whether it's the price or the plumbing, if there's something that's not in the best interests of my clients, I'll know and I'll protect them."
Mr. Tregoning is a residential consultant with Dream Town Realty. He provides representation for home buyers, property sellers and real estate investors in both city and suburban markets(www.dreamtown.com/cities). Mr. Tregoning is a licensed Illinois realtor. He earned his bachelor's degree from Illinois State University.
