/24-7PressRelease/ - LAS VEGAS, NV, November 19, 2006 - Karl Parker Seminars, a Dallas-based chiropractic industry leader, announced it's first annual International Chiropractic Appreciation Mega-Event today. The four-day program will be held January 25-28, 2007 at the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. All doctors of chiropractic are invited to attend free of tuition or registration fees. Family members, staff, patients and friends can attend at no charge as well.

The program offers a groundbreaking approach to continuing education and practice building for chiropractors and everyone else associated with the profession—one that allows a large segment of the chiropractic community to come together in one place and learn the latest industry advancements without the barrier of high registration costs.

The mega-event is the brainchild of longtime industry leader, W. Karl Parker, DC. "I have long had a dream of presenting a chiropractic seminar where there is no deterrent for anyone who wishes to attend, especially those who are in need of a boost in their practice," says Parker.

Parker noted a recent report in Chiropractic Economics, which showed that chiropractors across America experienced a 7.3% decrease in their salaries from 2005 to 2006. "There's no reason another chiropractic clinic should become a part of this sad statistic," says Parker. "That's why the chiropractic profession needs this mega-event. The stakes are too high, and the chiropractic profession is too valuable to be left to chance."

Parker's upcoming seminar includes an impressive lineup of 44+ authors, motivational speakers and industry specialists. Ben Kinchlow, long time co-host of The 700 Club, will kick off the event, followed by award-winning author of Awaken the Genius, Patrick K. Porter, PhD, who will show chiropractors why their fellow chiropractors are not their competition, and why the mind of the patient is. Other notable speakers include Billionaire Bill Bartman, The Millionaire Mentor author Greg S. Reid, leadership expert, and Charlie "Tremendous" Jones. Dwight Whynot DC, Dan Murphy DC and John Maltby DC (the latter of whom are vice president and president of the International Chiropractor's Association) will team-teach Evidence-Based Chiropractic Care.

For a nominal fee Chiropractors can also get up to twenty-four hours of license renewal for 48 states and all Canadian provinces.
