Dr. Stephenson has 30 years of professional experience, with four years as the Founder and Principal of Managerial Decision Making. Over the years, he has come to specialize in the transformation of companies, as well as business development, particularly with regard to creating strategies for growth. Dr. Stephenson is also adept at analyzing and fixing faulty decision making in business. He possesses a keen understanding of how to do business in Asia. Dr. Stephenson received a Doctor of Business Administration from Southern Cross University, as well as an MBA in strategy and marketing from the University of New England.
