The pack will be sent to them free of charge and without obligation. Any consumers without an internet connection can request a pack by telephoning 0845 609 2000.
Once they have received a Gold Recycling Pack, customers simply complete the enclosed form and place their gold in the protective packaging supplied by H.Samuel, and post it back using the prepaid envelope. Postage is free and is insured for up to GBP500.
Once H.Samuel has received the gold, a representative will contact the customer by email or phone with a valuation. The customer then has the choice of either accepting or rejecting the offer.
