This integration allows users of CINC Systems software to send their certified mail documents to LetterStream for printing, folding, inserting and mailing, which eliminates nearly all the manual work required to send certified mail. In addition, this integration eliminates trips to the Post Office as well as the tedious task of filling out and then later filing the PS Form 3811 or "green cards".
LetterStream's automated tracking system collects all Certified Mail tracking and electronic signature data online, and makes it available for viewing and/or printing, insuring the correct paperwork is readily available for CINC Systems users.
