Madhavi Mantha is the Head of Banking Research at Novarica. Mantha joined Novarica from Accenture, where she focused on distribution channel strategies and front-office transformation for retail banks. Prior to Accenture, she was a Senior Analyst at Celent, where she focused on IT strategies to support retail banking multi-channel and self-service capabilities. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Concordia University and a Master of Business Administration from McGill University.
