Classic Yacht has assembled a first-rate crew of contributors. Edited by Elizabeth Prince, a sailor and graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Communication, Classic Yacht is published by a yacht designer and mechanical engineer.
The premier issue includes stories about a community boatbuilding program for public school children in New York City, a rendezvous of rare tugboat-style yachts in Seattle and one of the world's most revered wooden boatbuilders, Van Dam Woodcraft.

The Spring 2007 issue is available in March and includes the amazing tale of a 23 year-old American motor yacht found by a Spanish couple in a German warehouse with only twelve engine hours. Also, a trip through movie history tracks down the greatest classic yachts ever to appear on the silver screen. Yacht designer Bill Prince begins a regular series of technical articles as well.
