Based out of Manchester, he will be covering the north west of England as well as North Wales.
Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Cosgrove was the Credit and Risk Director for Five Arrows Commercial Finance Limited, a subsidiary of N.M Rothschild.
"During my 17 years spent in Commercial Finance, lending money and giving advice to over 400 SME's across a wide and varied range of business sectors, and with turnovers of up to $15 million per annum, I became conversant with many of the challenges facing not only the businesses but also business owners. Having spent many years in the SME Financial Sector, Cosgrove acquired a wealth of experience and has a clear understanding of both the short and long-term issues facing SME's. This experience and understanding will be beneficial in his new role as an ActionCOACH Business Coach where he will be coaching SMEs and taking their businesses to the next level.
