Lemmon has joined the staff as Branch Manager of the Centennial Hills Office, located at 6628 Sky Pointe Drive in Las Vegas, effective January 1, 2012. Lemmon graduated from UNLV in 1986 and upon obtaining his real estate license went to work for Coldwell Banker. In 2001, Lemmon became the Managing Broker for one of the largest RE/MAX offices in Nevada, a position he held for nine years. "Having started his career with Coldwell Banker some 26 years ago, I am excited to welcome Mark back to the CBPR family as the leader of our Centennial Hills office," says Bob Hamrick, CBPR Chairman and CEO. "Mark's personality and drive will fit perfectly with the great agents who represent that branch. I am confident that through his coaching and leadership, the Centennial Hills office will continue to grow in both agent count and per person productivity," he stated.
Originally from Northern California, Lemmon moved to Las Vegas in 1982 and worked in new home sales for 15 years for some of the Valley's biggest home builders including American West Homes, Del Webb and Rhodes Homes. He will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centennial Hills branch, achieving the goals and furthering the vision of the organization. Mark is an avid snow skier who enjoys golf and fishing with his children.
