This is the second time this year the collection agency has been recognized as a leader in the industry, including being named one of the Top 10 Collection Agencies in the US, as seen in Forbes magazine.
The Best Places to Work survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the collections industry. The list is made up of 25 companies who benefit the nation's economy, its workforce and businesses.
Companies from across the country entered the two-part survey process managed by Best Companies Group and facilitated by insideARM to be considered for participation. A few of the eligibility requirements included: being a for-profit or not-for-profit business, being a publicly or privately held business and being a Collection Agency, Collection Law Firm or Debt Buyer.
The first part of the evaluation process consisted of reviewing nominees' workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The second section of the evaluation consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores were tabulated and averaged to determine the top companies and the final rankings.
