"We've always had a pretty easy-to-use site," says Corbo. "But we've gotten feedback on certain issues over the years about how some things could be clearer. This redesign is largely a response to comments we've received from our customers in the past."
Among the changes are:
- Drop-down boxes for finishing options where radial buttons used to be
- The ability to choose both heavy covers and transparent plastic covers on books
- The ability to combine multiple finishing options which could not be done automatically before
