"The sponsorship team, led by the Denver Business Journal, Lockton Companies and Ernst & Young, will establish one of the country's first awards programs to recognize board members who govern and serve as the 'voice' of our corporations," said NACD-Colorado Chairperson, Mary Beth Vitale, who has served on multiple corporate boards, including CoBiz Financial Inc., since 2005.
