Estes Park, CO, December 11, 2007 - The most expensive single-family home sold in America was set in Colorado with the recent sale of The Trinchera Ranch in the San Luis Valley to billionaire hedge-fund manager Louis Moore Bacon for an estimated $175 million. Colorado also held the distinction of the most expensive listing in America at $135 million for the Aspen (CO) home owned by Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdul Aziz. The property was taken off the market.

"Although our most expensive listing in Estes Park is only $7.5 million, the growth of the high end market in our community has been significant," said Robby Carson, a real estate professional with Estes Park Realty and member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. "Our sales for 2007 are at least 50% over last year for our office and the entire Estes Park area market should finish 2007 above 2006 numbers."

According to Lee Miller of MSGPR, a PR and real estate marketing support company, the increase of personal wealth worldwide has fueled the demand for high end properties. "We have seen a steady growth in the construction and sales of property of this magnitude."

"The Estes Park Colorado area real estate market has more million dollar properties on the market than in some time," according to Carson. "New construction and remodels are also on the increase."

Rocky Mountain National Park and Roosevelt National Forest surround the village of Estes Park, Colorado with spectacular mountain scenery, abundant wildlife habitat, miles of hiking trails and scenic drives including Trail Ridge Road over the Continental Divide, the highest paved road in the U.S, and the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway. Located 70 miles from Denver's International Airport and minutes from Loveland's Regional Airport, Estes Park is an ideal getaway for the affluent to own homes.

Carson, co-owner of the Carson/Christopher Group that owns Estes Park Realty and Estes Park Luxury Homes, is an expert in the Luxury Home and Estate market. His company currently has the largest inventory of fine home and estates in the Estes Park market and one of the most advanced marketing programs in the industry that includes international television, print and web marketing programs.

Miller is CEO of MSGPR based in Lufkin Texas, north of Houston. His team has been responsible for marketing hundreds of properties in Texas and Colorado using cutting edge technology and major contact resources.
