Philippines Salsa Festival (PSF), the Philippines' premier Latin Dance promotion for social salsa dancing and performance, announces its annual event on November 14-16, 2008, catering to all levels of salsa dancers from absolute beginning to advanced, PSF has something for the dancer in everyone.

There's no experience and no partner necessary, as the classes are filled with people, and everyone dances with everyone else.
