TalentRITE was designed to help busy procurement and resource administrators streamline their routine contractor acquisition and processing efforts, by allowing them to quickly create, post, and pre-screen contractor registration forms.
The web-based solution requires no additional equipment or software and can be accessed securely from any PC at anytime. Use of TalentRITE requires a subscription to e-VERIFILE.COM. Subscription is easy, fast and is FREE.
As a subscriber, administrators can simply login to e-VERIFILE.COM, and request that TalentRITE be added to their account. Subscribers can choose from the DIY( Do-It -Yourself) version of TalentRITE to quickly create their own custom registration forms or the Enterprise version whereby e-VERIFILE.COM will work with the subscriber to build a custom TalentRITE solution that meets their unique requirements.
Both versions will generate links to the registration forms created by the administrator through the TalentRITE system. These links are posted on the administrator's company website where interested contractors, vendors and suppliers can access and submit the registration forms online.
Submitted registration forms are automatically pre-screened as per the company's criteria and are available for review by the procurement administrator from the TalentRITE User Interface (UI). Administrators can further augment the power of TalentRITE by adding additional e-VERIFILE Solutions such as On Demand Background Checks, Automated Applicant Scoring, Security Access Credentialing and more.
