Devices are uniquely designed to ensure a secure, non-slip grip of alligator clips, probes, J-hooks, tips and grabbers. Moreover, their employment eliminates the risk of skin punctures which may result from the use of turret terminals and wire-wrap posts.
The loop-style TP-104 and oval-loop style TP-106 Series of color-coded test points feature 0.063" mounting holes and are provided precut to any of 30 positions. They are offered on breakaway strips with 0.125" centers to make storage, and handling convenient. The TP-105 Series boasts a loop profile for positive loop retention and fits into a 0.035" to 0.042" hole. The part additionally features 0.100" centers, and is available in up to 40 positions. All color-coded test points are easy to install individually as well as in tandem when using Component Corporation's distinctive hand tools. The tools facilitate robust and reliable PCB mounting, as they are engineered to separate, grip and position test points in one single, effortless motion.
Ensuring the highest standards in performance, components are manufactured of phosphor #510 alloy and 100% matte tin over nickel underplate.
