CompTIA Project+ certification is a globally recognized project management certification catered for those who want to be qualified for project management skills. It covers the entire project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, acceptance, support and closure.
By testing the business and technical project management skills to successfully manage business projects, CompTIA Project+ demonstrates the skills necessary to complete projects on time and within budget and create a common project management language among project team members.
Previously, to achieve CompTIA Project+, 80 questions are covered with 90 minutes in duration. Now, it includes 100 questions within 90 minutes to test the knowledge and skills in 5 categories or domains.
Certification Domains of CompTIA Project+:
1. Pre-project setup and initiation
2. Project planning
3. Project execution and delivery
4. Change control and communication
5. Project closure
