Ms. March has more than 30 years of professional experience and specializes in adult care and geriatrics. Heading Provena Senior Services since 1987, she is responsible for leading 17 senior living campuses. Dedication and a love for working with older adults are the driving forces behind her current success. She considers becoming the President and Chief Executive Officer of Provena Senior Services to be her greatest professional accomplishment.

A registered nurse and previously certified adult and geriatric nurse practitioner, Ms. March has held various administrative positions as well as nursing positions in education, clinical, consultation, and administration. She received her Master of Science in Nursing and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois. She is a current board member of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, the Illinois Catholic Health Association, the Northern Illinois University School of Nursing and the Kankakee County Salvation Army as well as a past board member of the Catholic Health Association and Life Services Network of Illinois. Ms. March is a member of the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging House of Delegates and is a leadership coach for the Leadership AAHSA Academy. Additionally, Ms. March is a member of the Gerontological Society of America and Sigma Theta Tau. She has written several articles and books regarding long-term care.
