The residential component is a beautiful Mediterranean Palazzo-styled, nine-story tower with 243 luxury residences inspired by the world-renowned Four Seasons George V Hotel in Paris.
Five years in its planning stages, the new community represents a unique public-private joint venture of The Palace Group and the city of Coral Gables.
Following demolition of a city parking garage at 45 Andalusia Avenue, Coastal Construction Group, the project's general contractor, began the residential building and an adjacent 535 space parking garage to serve residents and staff with additional public accessibility.
