The Credit Card Rest In Pease (RIP) has Announced the Availability of a Website with Audio and Text Files for Consumers Interested in Eliminating Credit Card Debt

/24-7PressRelease/ - NEWPORT BEACH, CA, May 01, 2006 -- We are all tired of feeling powerless, of being worried, of getting that queasy feeling every time the phone rings and every time the mailman comes. Cardholders can eliminate these feeling if they are stress or overwhelmed with credit card debt.

This subject was addressed in a resent article at Newswire Today (newswire - Hoschton, GA, United States, 03/18/2006) titled: "After Bankruptcy Reform Consumers are now Learning How to Discharge Debt."

"Americans carrying too much credit card debt have had the Bankruptcy option swept away. Many are now turning to a little known alternative; discharge 100% of their debt without bankruptcy, consolidation, or refinancing.

Thanks to the new bankruptcy reform laws, many Americans who are overburdened by their credit card debt will no longer qualify for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection. However, consumers need to know that an alternative exists for people to walk away from 100% of that debt.

The process that is used to discharge debt is based off of U.S. Supreme Courts decisions, Title 15 United State Code (USC) section 1692, the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, section 1601, the Fair Credit Billing Act, the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), section 203, and numerous Banking and Lending laws.

There are many cases that have already been decided on when it comes to the issues of money, credit, and banking. The collection of interest on credit issued by a bank or a credit card company is in direct violation of all usury laws. In addition, the United States Supreme Court has ruled time and again against the legal authority for banking institutions to lend credit. Both Federal and state laws allow banks to lend money, but banks do not have the authority to loan credit."

The Nay Sayers or Stumbling Block on and off the Internet who tout significant credentials, will tell the public that Eliminating Credit Debit is a Scam. If we are not a tuned to the straw horse technique, we will be convinces that they are right. After all they are published experts with years in the business. Here is an example from one of these experts whose identity will go un-named.

"Debt-elimination companies claim that they can eliminate your debt and that you do not have to make any more payments with no repercussions. Sounds good, huh? Too good! The bottom line alleged by these companies is that the debt that you have incurred using credit cards is not legal debt. The murky debt-elimination process is said to be based on information from Title 15 United State Code -- section 1692, the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act -- section 1601, the Fair Credit Billing Act and the Uniform Commercial Code -- section 203."

The first straw horse is "no repercussions". Of course there will be repercussions. The point is how are those repercussions resolved. When did anyone ever do anything without some resulting consequences to the bad or good? The next straw horse is "murky debt-elimination process". To resolve this matter, do the research and start wiping away the muskiness. The public is well served by reading the law to learn how the are protected.

Gee how is it possible that two people writing on the same law to could come up with different conclusion. This kind of editorial advice by the non named expert does not serve the Consumer and this is especially true when it comes to Credit Card Debt. Credit Cardholder facing un-manageable debt need to learn about their right under law. The adage "if you don't know your rights, you have none" was never truer than when it comes to credit card debt. With that said, the Credit Card RIP website offers Cardholders an debt relief service that has a 6-year history with over 6,000 clients who have successfully eliminated over $145 million in Credit Card Debt. Very favorable settlement options are also possible.

Visit Credit Card RIP. Read and listen to the research. We are confidence that the strategy is sound and trust worthy. Client have our guarantee to eliminated 75% of the debt, but our goal is 100%. Follow the guide through the Law, Frequently Asked Questions, Testimonial and more.
