Consumers Rank 5 Chrysler Models at the Top in Total Quality Awards, Notes Ferman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

    TAMPA, FL, September 24, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Five Chrysler group vehicles have landed at the top of Strategic Vision's Total Quality Index lists, notes Ferman Chrysler of New Port Richey. The Dodge Dart, Dodge Durango, Dodge Charger, Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and Ram 2500/3500 all led their segments in the Total Quality category. (1)

The index measures the overall experience and emotional connection that new vehicle owners have with their vehicles. Strategic Vision collects information about both positive and negative experiences from consumers. (1) The vehicle's reliability, problems experienced and driving excitement, among other emotional aspects, are reported by owners and aggregated to find the Total Quality score. (1)

This is the second year that the Dodge Dart and Dodge Durango have topped the list for small cars and midsize SUVs, respectively. (1) This is particularly noteworthy for the revived Dart as it is only in its second year of production. (2)

Jeep Wrangler Unlimited made its debut at the top of the Entry SUV segment, while Ram 2500/3500 earned top honors in the Heavy Duty Truck segment.
