With more than 29 years of professional experience, Mr. Richman excels in teaching science to special-needs students, providing Wilson language training, and conducting remedial reading classes. As a special education teacher, he is responsible for developing curriculum, implementing special education programs, and inspiring and motivating students. He became involved in his profession because he wanted to help others, and attributes his success to his hard work and self-motivation. Mr. Richman considers helping special-needs students to qualify for the state test to be the most fulfilling aspect of his career.
Mr. Richman earned his Master's Degree in Special Education from Teachers College, Columbia University and received an award from the Federation of Parents Association in 2005.
