    LAS VEGAS, NV, August 18, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Cornell S. Horn, Founder of the Wellness, Redemption, & Rehabilitation Program, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education and counseling.

Although Dr. Cornell Horn is the founder of the Wellness, Redemption, & Rehabilitation Program, Inc. and is a member of the Southern Nevada Prisoner Re-entry Coalition, he specializes in teaching philosophy and political science. Dr. Horn works as a professor at the University of Phoenix and teaches the history of eastern and western philosophy, world religions, mythology, American public policy, and critical and creative thinking techniques.

The Wellness, Redemption, & Rehabilitation Program, Inc. is a nonprofit organization (501c3) that provides assistance to various target populations to gain job development skills, career counseling and personal motivation tools. Dr. Horn attributes his success to his determination, compassion, focused-nature, leadership and education. In the future, he intends to take his organization to a national level.

Dr. Horn obtained an Associate degree in Computer Technology (1990) and an Associate degree in Liberal Studies (1992), both from the Los Angeles Trade Technical College. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy (1999), Master of Arts degree in Philosophy (2003), Master of Arts degree in Political Science (2004), and he is certified in teaching critical thinking skills, all from the California State University, Los Angeles. He received his Doctorate of Management degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix (2010).
