Sandlin's decision to begin working in real estate came from a life-long passion of decorating and remodeling houses. After graduating from Vermont Technical College in 2001, Sandlin moved to Boston and spent three years exercising her degree in architectural engineering & building technology. In 2004, she entered the real estate business and has never looked back.
