Doug earned the prestigious award after closing multiple middle-market mergers & acquisition transactions in 2011 from his CFA office in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Although Doug and his team earned top office honors in both 2001 and 2005, this is Doug's first individual Dealmaker of the Year award. "Doug has a proven track record of getting deals done. The conference, which took place January 26th through 28th, assembled M&A professionals from the United States, Canada, France and Brazil. Conference sessions focused on the current state of the Mergers and Acquisition market and the prospects for 2012.
