She also writes and records radio commercials, handles contracts through media outlets including the phone book, newspaper, Internet and radio, works with various vendors to assist the marketing department in ensuring materials arrive on time, to specifications and within budgetary confinements, organizes company events, manages customer service, and schedules all refractive consultations, return visits, surgeries and post-operative visits.
Ms. Worrell has completed college coursework, and she is a certified emergency medical technician and certified ophthalmic assistant. She attributes her success to her caring nature towards her patients. In the future, she intends to become a certified ophthalmic technician and establish a laser program at her office.
