How Can I Participate?
VARs can participate in the recurring revenue opportunity for services support in one of two ways.
1. First, you can resell NDI service offerings to your end users at a price that you determine.
2. Second, you can refer the service opportunity to NDI and receive a referral fee when we bill and collect on the services.
There are certain situations such as long term maintenance agreements where we would require the service contract be between NDI and the end user; the referral fee would still apply. If you do not offer service and support to your customers today - or if you have customers outside of your
geographic reach - the NDI Authorized Service Provider (ASP) Program might be an excellent fit for you!
Our ASP Program has thousands of technicians throughout the United States and Canada and in many international markets. Through participation, you have access to our broad set of technical resources to meet the demands of your largest customers. Just as important, the ASP has access to you.
When projects that require resources within your market area
and technical specializations occur, you can benefit by receiving revenue for the inbound work - as well as the outbound work that you send to the ASPs.
Multi-Vendor/Multi-Technology Support Another benefit of participating in the NDI ASP Program is that you do not have to hold certifications from
multiple vendors. The necessary skills are available through the alliance. You can focus on the skills that you want to deliver, and let the alliance augment areas that are not your focus.
