In this role, Smith is responsible for working with the public and media, developing educational videos and other new media applications, as well as planning and executing special events and community activities. She joins BBB after serving as community content liaison for NBC-17 TV.

A native of Clemmons, N.C., Smith is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication.
