A medical professional with 35 years of experience, Dr. Weil has become an expert in hand and upper-extremity surgeries. Through his private practice, he treats patients' upper and lower extremity injuries, which often include arthroscopy of the knee, ankle, shoulder, elbow, and carpal tunnel. He has spent the last 16 years in this practice and believes that his success stems from listening to his patients. Dr. Weil intends to continue practicing independently and delivering his patients the best quality care possible.

Dr. Weil attended Northwestern University and the UAB School of Medicine, eventually completing an internship and residency with Emory University. During the former, he focused on pediatrics and medicine, and the latter on general surgery.

He now belongs to the American, Atlanta, and Georgia Medical Associations, and the Cobb County Medical Society. He is also active with The American Society for Surgery of the Hand, the Atlanta Orthopaedic Society, the Nalebuff Hand Club, and the Southern Orthopaedic Association.
