Johnstone was named a finalist in the Personal Injury category with a $30 million jury verdict against a doctor and hospital found to be negligent in one of Broward County's largest ever medical malpractice awards. The case is one of several multi-million dollar awards Mr. Johnstone has won since joining the firm.
