Co-sponsors of the contest include Apathy is Boring and Dose.ca, each making contributions by extending the outreach to Canadian citizens and providing valuable prizes for the winning entries. The contest runs October 3rd through midnight November 2nd, 2007.

"Participants will be creating entries that engage, motivate and educate fellow citizens of the democratic process. We envision that this contest will help foster an attitude in young voters that every vote really does matter." Crawler, LLC will be creating wallpapers and a screensaver slideshow of the winning entries, making them available for download at Crawler, LLC's FunUtilities.com and Apathy is Boring websites upon conclusion of the contest. Additionally, Crawler, LLC's sister company, Inbox.com, a leading free webmail service, will be promoting the contest to its Canadian users.
Any Canadian between the ages of 18 and 35 is invited to create and submit an original image to be used as desktop wallpaper that addresses one of three themes surrounding art and democracy. All submissions are to be suitable for all ages and respect all copyright and intellectual property right laws. Judging will be conducted by a panel selected by Apathy is Boring, who will select five finalists. The finalists' submissions will be posted on the Apathy is Boring website where users will vote for their favorites. The top three will receive prizes.
Winning participants will walk away with cash prizes provided by Crawler, LLC, an iPod and other swag courtesy of Dose.ca, concert tickets, exclusive music, cool Apathy is Boring gear and the pride of having their wallpaper available for download on the Apathy is Boring and Crawler, LLC's FunUtilities.com websites.
