Plano-based debt settlement firm Credit Answers, LLC plans to add 70 employees and a product line and expand its headquarters space for the second time this year, as the company cashes in on increasing consumer concerns about debt.
"Credit Answers has 130 employees and will grow to 200 by the end of the year," CEO Bill Loughborough said. The company has already doubled its head count in the last year. Most of the jobs at the inbound call center in Plano will be customer service and consulting positions.
Credit Answers analyzes clients' income and expenses, makes recommendations about how much the consumer can realistically pay on credit cards, then negotiates for debt reduction on behalf of consumers.
