Companies had to be based in the U.S. and privately held, for profit and independent as of December 31, 2010. In addition, companies had to meet minimum revenue requirements and employee counts.
Statistics show Amadeus Consulting had a 50 percent increase in revenue and employee growth between 2007 and 2010. Amadeus Consulting has been ranked on the list every year since 2006.
