On average, visitors to CycleTrader.com are spending 6.3% more time on the site compared to the same time last year. Additionally, 35% revisit the site at least twice during the month.
Recent improvements to CycleTrader.com include allowing the major search engines to crawl and index individual ads. This has resulted in a notable increase in both first-time and casual buyers to CycleTrader.com. This coupled with the site's zip code locater, helps buyers find exactly what they are looking for - in their area - in seconds.
While the motorcycle industry has seen a downturn in sales of new units in the first quarter, NADAguides.com reports that "Motorcycle buying interest is up 48% in March 2008 compared to March 2007." This continued interest in motorcycles makes CycleTrader.com the place to buy and sell motorcycles. "In a tightening market, dealers are looking for any advantage they can muster in order to move their inventory.
