    CAMBRIDGE, MA, Janaury 14, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Cynthia Farnsworth, Registered Nurse with Cambridge Health Alliance, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of nursing.

With an impressive background that spans 36 years of professional experience, 16 of which have been in her current position, Ms. Farnsworth's expertise lies in obstetrics. As a registered nurse with Cambridge Health Alliance, she is responsible for overseeing the newborn nursery and teaching new mothers how to care for their babies. Her focus is to help new families become whole by aiding the mother, father and baby in becoming comfortable with each other. The most gratifying aspect of her career is working with pre and post-partum women. Her management skills and her passion for her profession are what she considers to be the keys to her success.

Ms. Farnsworth completed coursework in nursing at the Melrose-Wakefield Hospital School of Nursing at Northern University. She is a supporter of the St. Labre Mission, the St. Labre Indian School, the American Heart Association, the American Lung Association, the American Cancer Society, the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Arthritis Foundation, and the United States Olympic Committee.
