    FORT STOCKTON, TX, December 23, 2008 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Dalila Bernal Lara, Licensed Specialist in School Psychology with Fort Stockton Independent School District, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of school psychology.
